A week after blurting out those comments he made, three things may taken place in his head. 1) He regrets what what he said, because he's got nothing. 2) He doesn't regret what he said, but he was just talking out of his ass (he's convinced Italy cheated, but has no proof) 3) He doesn't regret what he said, and has "proof" In all 3 cases he's got himself into a dead end and UEFA offered him only one way out: to go forward.
