Yeah, I agree with John. Barca don’t need a striker right now, and Real have been after Drogba for ages. And, well, Real usually get what they want in the end, transfer-wise.

Drogba would be fabulous at Milan. But how old is he, Martha? Is he old enough to play for Milan or would they lose their ‘Oldest Living Team’ title if they signed him?

Drogba should just wait until Mourinho becomes manager of his next club and go there. They are like two peas in a pod.

In an interview, Malouda also talked about how crushed he was about Mourinho leaving. I’m guessing Avran Grant isn’t that popular with Chelsea’s French contingent.

Has having an abundance of superstar strikers stopped Inter from aquiring “just one more” in the past? And if Didier showed up he’d quickly find himself a starter. I’d say the only team on that list you can probably rule out is Barcelona, what with the Fantastic Four and Bojan and Giovanni chomping at the bits.

Real Madrid, however, will most likely be the highest bidders. With Raul and van Nistelrooy getting on in age, and no real top class strikers on the bench – if they can’t dump off a mountain of cash on Kaka, Fabregas or David Villa, than they certainly won’t hold back on an outrageous offer to Didier. As a fan of Real Madrid, and of Spanish football in general, I would most like to see Cesc (who will most likely stay at Arsenal, and would prefer Barcelona) – but I would hardly be disapointed if they snagged Drogba.

It certainly is nice to hear a player speak openly and honestly about their intent for the future.

Some one who can score? On Milan? Really? A possibility!? WOWZA! While I think that Ronaldo coming back might help solve Milan’s offensive issues, but I know they won’t be over. Pippo is getting up there in age, he can’t play a full 90 anymore either. Gila… Well he’s just Gila… So Drogba would be amazing for Milan, i think…

It’s no secret that Didier Drogba was close to Jose Mourinho. Like, really, really close. So close, in fact, that he can’t continue at Chelsea without him, and doesn’t care who knows it.
