milan need the giant man adriano from cross town rivals inter.the strikers are ok but they played a lot of games last seaon.the rossoneri need to rest big names in the wintert transfer.Kaka played so many games last season, no wonder he didnt feature in the coppa america.but somehow they will bounce back to their usual way.currently the best team in europe with 14 uefa titles, surely they will rediscover their form.but adriano or vieri are needed to rectify the attacking force.maybe they should entice Luca toni from bayern or Giusseppe Rossi from villareal.

Joe, I'm loving hearing someone other than me talk about Corini's awesomeness. Thank you for that.

Roswitha, I'm not going anywhere near that.

Torino really impressed in this match for me. Rosina was his usual self but it was the play of the CB's and Di Michele and Corini in the MF that really blew me away. How could Di Michele spend so much time away from a match and still be that sharp at the San Siro? Good stuff. Milan's scudetto hopes are gone by Giornata 11, I believe. Wonder if they'll target anyone under 35 during the January window? They need some fresh blood that's for sure.

at least ancelotti grew some balls and criticised Gilardino. Hopefully he gives him the hair drier treatment and get a bit more liveliness outta the kid. despite some recent good form i still think he is a fair way away from the player he is expected to be.

So Martha did the Champions League really go to Il Diavolo's head, is it getting old and stale at the San Siro or is it just bad luck?

Well I've got to say, this was an entertaining match at least. Milan always looked dangerous, always attacking, had many many chances, just couldn't capitalize. This match was a great improvement from the rest of their Serie A season I'd say. La Curva Sud was very vocal as well. Usually you can't make out the chants, but I could actually hear the words on some of them. I don't know if that's just because I know them, or if they were actually being that loud, but they were giving a lot of support, which is always nice to see. And like you said Martha, CL on Tuesday=Goals Galore=Happy Milan fans.
