Great point about the cup-tied issue, though they may been feeling cocky about that since Ronaldo watched the triumph from the stand last season. They are just trying to work out the final details on it now. I'm thinking he's smart enough to play Berbatov, but he still might want to leave if he has the ambitions of joining a bigger club. And if Milan want someone to help with a CL run this year - Berbatov wouldn't be cup tied.
