I’ll look into the Gulan situation thanks! I’m sure I’ll post about it when it’s announced, if not before. I’m pretty thorough with the Viola, though it’s impossible to cover every transfer is this damn league.

It’s a common thing for Serbian players. Claiming that huge clubs are after them (when they aren’t) in order to sign big fat juicy contracts. Nikola Zigic of Racing and Bosko Jankovic of Mallorca do that on a regular basis.

Speaking of my compatriots, how come you aren’t reporting on the Nikola Gulan’s transfer to Fiorentina? The Viola execs were here a few days ago and the 2,5$ swoop seems as well as complete.

Also, for a Romanian, Ljuboja is on the homely side. I’m guessing he’s adopted.

Ljuboja has done the same thing with half the clubs in Ligue 1, saying they all want him and he’ll leave Hamburg to move back there. The guy is the Serbian Fab Quags.
