I really love this very young and very Italian Juve, even if we’re only in third place. Truth be told, we’re only 8 points behind a stellar Inter with a mercenary budget that dwarfs our own. And if you look at our few shortcomings it’s quite obvious that the defense is the problem, which leads me to imagine that if we had signed one or two world class defenders this summer we’d be top of the table.

But honestly, I don’t understand this move unless Tinkerbell is bringing in a new defender. Besides SuperGiGi, Juve’s not well covered at the back… There’s been times when we’ve exposed like Britney Spears some games.

As for Olivera, I could have sworn he was already on loan somewhere else. In fact, I vaguely remember thinking that both times he sneaked onto the pitch.
