Serie A Weekend Round-up: Giornata 11
By: Francesco | November 10th, 2008
Can anyone tell me what type of performance enhancing drug Alessandro Del Piero is taking right now? (Juventus fans don’t jump on my back, that was my attempt at humor). Another inch perfect free kick, and on his 34th birthday to boot. Serie A results after “il salto” (the jump).

Francesco’s Serie A Goal of the Week
I think this week it’s a tie between Del Piero’s free kick vs. Chievo and Mauro Zarate’s free kick vs. Siena. Both free kicks were awesome ballistic efforts and beautiful to watch.

Haha, it’s alright. I asked if Agricola could restart up cocktails during our injury crisis. Some of the “newer” Serie A fans might not understand it though…
Speaking of “il salto” I look at that picture and shake my head. Is it just me? My coach would scream at us if we jumped during a free kick.
And lastly, fuckinnnnnnn Bari. They had that game against Parma, which would have been a huge win, they played well. But they’ve got a game in hand and it’s a massive improvement considering where the biancorossi were a year ago..

Haha, I’m no ADP fan by any stretch of the imagination, but credit where credit is due, it is a nice goal. I’m getting sick of him scoring those all the time.

Completely forgot all about the Coppa Italia.
Now I can forget all about it again.
