FRANCESCO’S SERIE A GOALS OF THE WEEK
Alberto Gilardino vs. Catania - The Biella-born bomber scores a nice goal, flicking the ball over the last defender and then the goalkeeper and finishing calmly to score his 12th goal of the season.
Francesco Totti vs. Cagliari - Er Pupone is on a roll. Another goal from the Roma captain, this time with his unfavored left foot. A difficult shot that curls away from the keeper and sneaks in. 170th goal in Serie A.
Daniele Conti vs Roma - What an ironic but beautiful goal. Daniele Conti, son of Roma legend Bruno Conti, scores an absolutely perfect free kick vs the team that he played with as a youngster (with his dad looking on, no less).
Sergio Floccari vs Genoa - The Calabrese striker flicks the ball over Greek defender Sokratis and then dribbles around the box and finishes nicely.
Dejan Stankovic vs Chievo - Nicely worked team goal. Maicon down the wing, crossed to Ibra, flicks it back to Stankovic with his heel, who powers it past Sorrentino.
Zlatan Ibrahimovic vs Chievo - What can you say about Ibra. If you want to learn how to strike a soccer ball, watch this video. This shot was clocked at 120 kilometers per hour and was unstoppable for poor Sorrentino.

Ibra is probably the best player in the world at the moment. Just playing out of his mind…
Floccari and Gila both had really nice goals.

Anybody read what De Laurentis said about England, in particular about English women? Hahahaha!!! That was one of the funniest things I have ever heard come out of the mouth of a football personality! Now I definitely won’t be moving to England!

Err…forgetting the two Palermo-beauties?

The first Palermo goal from Cassani was an accident. He meant to cross the ball.
The second one, even though it was a nice assist from Succi, in my mind wasn’t better than the ones I listed.
