FRANCESCO’S SERIE A GOALS OF THE WEEK
Andrea Lazzarri vs. Napoli – Cagliari’s number 10 scores a laser of a shot in stoppage time.
Gaetano D’Agostino vs. Fiorentina – D’Agostino curls a free kick past Frey to secure the win for Udinese.
Mario Balotelli vs. Inter – Inter show everyone how to execute a perfect counter attack. The ball is taken from their own box all the way up the field to Balotelli who finishes past Buffon.
Mauro Zarate vs. Genoa – Kolarov makes a great long pass and Zarate with 3 touches only scores a really nice goal. Controls with him head, then pushes it forward, then finishes perfectly past Rubinho.
Pippo Inzaghi vs. Torino – Nice play from Milan. Kaka, Pato, then Beckham fakes a shot and chips for Inzaghi who heads it past Sereni.
BEST ITALIAN GOAL OF THE WEEK IN ANY DIVISION
Roberto Merino of Salernitana in Serie B scores one of the best goals probably in Europe throughout the whole weekend, lobbing the keeper from 45 yards out.
