I cannot believe how bad Juan Pablo Carrizo flopped. I would have bet the house if someone said that Muslera would take his spot. I remember how bad they wanted him 2 years ago and couldn't get him. Now they are looking to trade him for the rights of Matuzalem but Real Zaragoza says that Carrizo is not enough to get him.

I find loaning players too risky for the team that owns the contract.

Nah, Francesco, Criscito was on loan this season for a 1million euro fee with a right in it to acquire half his playing rights for 5.5mil. It's on the official Juve page's financial statement where they mention the mercato.

Atalanta are trying to fill that void Cigarini left in midfield with either Sergio Almiron or Simone Bentivoglio.

God help them.

The Gaetano D’Agostino deal is being dragged out by Udinese and Juve are starting to look at other options (Real’s Mahamadou Diarra and Lazio’s Christian Ledesma).

Diarra is the antithesis of a regista, and Ledesma::D'Agostino as Poulsen::Xabi Alonso.

Mike it looks like you are right. My mistake. Roma had the option to buy him fully for 7 million euro but decided instead to only buy half of him for 3.5 million. So that means next June they'll have to go through the whole co-ownership circus with him again.

Are you sure? The Genoa Official website even stated they had signed him 100%. I'm pretty sure he was co-owned by both clubs this past season.

I thought we only bought half the rights to Motta? Then again, I read mixed reports about that.

Criscto went to Genoa on a Co-ownership fee, as he was on loan to them previously, they had the option to co-own the kid which they sadly took up.
